In such cases customers may be asked to submit official documents to confirm the name, address and postcode submitted as their invoice address . This information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. If an order is declined the customer will be asked to apply for a refund through their own credit card bank.
Due to the proliferation of overseas credit card fraud, overseas buyers may be asked to pay by money transfer. In this case, any monies paid at the ordering stage will be fully refunded and the order will only be processed once the transferred funds have reached our bank. These arrangements are made on an individual basis.

Postage and packing is automatically added at the ordering stage. Orders totalling up to £100 are charged at £5.00. Orders above £100.00 are charged at £8.00.

Most items are held in stock and will be despatched to you within 3 working days from receiving your order. Majwholesale.com do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances. If you are resident in the UK or Ireland and have not received your goods within 5 days of placing an order, please contact us immediately on 020 8444 4541. All overseas orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on 0208 444 4541 and return the product to us at : MAJ International Ltd 34 Osier Crescent London N10 1QW. We will replace the item free of charge and take your case up with the Royal Mail.

We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. This is because:

For health and hygeine reasons, no returns are available on navel jewellery and pierced* earrings. Rings ordered to specific sizes are also non-returnable. Postage and packing is not refunded on returned items.

* All piercing posts are sterling silver and nickel free. However, this cannot be said with any certainty for Vintage Jewellery due to its age and unknown origin.

When returning goods, it will speed up the process enormously if you remember to include your name/address, and where possible, your order number. Any items returned should not have been used or worn.

Once we receive the goods, we will then refund your card or allow you to exchange the items for something else.
